岗位职责
Job Responsibilities:
Leading or participating in strategy planning projects for our financial industry clients, including strategic positioning, strategic planning for sub-services, business model design, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Asset-Liability Management, budget management, etc.
Able to lead project members to complete project delivery independently; Conduct interviews, market research, strategy research, and participate in proposal writing and report submission. Produce project briefs, research reports and project delivery reports.
Daily contact and communication with customers, assist the executive layer to understand the strategic positioning and guide the implementation of the strategy, submit customer service briefing and follow up;
Owning and managing C-suite client relationships. (for the senior manager positions only)
Owning and developing our offerings and assets. (for the senior manager positions only)
Leading, mentoring and developing our people. (for the senior manager positions only)
岗位要求
Job Requirement:
2-15 years’ working experience with good understanding of business and operation strategy knowledge, in-depth business function tactics and knowledge especially in financial industry.
Bachelor’s degree or above in China or Top 100 universities in the world.
Financial industry (banking, trust, security, insurance, fund management, etc.) background is preferred.
Years of management consulting background or project management experience is preferred, having provided consulting services for several large organizations.
Strong communication skills, quick learning and ability to deal with challenges.
Good people skills, team orientation, quality-oriented, highly committed and professional.
Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English.
Expert knowledge of trends and technology concepts through practical experience and via a keen interest in the latest innovation and thought leadership (e.g. Mobility, Cloud, Digital, Collaboration). (for the senior manager positions only)
Highly credible with the ability to engage on a broad C-level agenda, possessing the personal and professional attributes necessary to convince senior leadership to take bold actions and coach them through major change. (for the senior manager positions only)
Strong and proven track record in sales origination, with an entrepreneurial mind-set. (for the senior manager positions only)

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

【岗位详情】 一、Market Risk Senior Manager
岗位职责
This position involves researching the Basel regulatory requirements, building and implementing the risk and capital measurement models, and also requires for implementing the Basel regulatory requirements in the daily risk management process. The responsibilities and requirements of this position are as follows.
• Responsible for implementing the latest Basel regulatory requirements in the daily risk management process.
• Responsible for researching, building and implementing the market risk and credit risk and other relevant risk and capital measurement models.
• Responsible for researching, building and implementing the measurement models of Expected Loss, Unexpected Loss, Economic Capital, Risk Weighted Asset, etc. at company level.
• Responsible for implementing the Basel regulatory requirements in overseas subsidiaries, including communicating the building and application of Internal Models with HK authorities.
岗位要求
Knowledge
• Familiar with Basel New Capital Accord regulatory requirements, risk models of market risk and credit risk, and the capital measurement, monitoring and control methods.
Skills and Abilities
• Experiences in implementing projects based on Basel Accord of commercial banks in consulting firms in financial risk management area, including researching the market risk and credit risk models and capital measurement models will be an advantage.
• Experiences in implementing projects based on HK or overseas Basel regulatory requirements will be an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and strong management and coordination abilities.
Qualifications
• Master degree or above, majored in Finance/ Math/ Economics/ Statistics or equivalent;
• Qualified member of CFA/FRM is an added advantage.

三、Credit Risk Analyst
岗位职责
-Responsible for daily credit risk evaluation and management of CICC clients & counterparties which include institutions, corporate and wealthy individuals;
-Prepare daily credit risk management reports and conduct regular reviews on client & counterparties;
-Implement and improve credit risk measurement and management policies and procedures;
-Assess and make recommendations from risk perspective regarding new business / products;
-Work independently or with other teams & staff on ad-hoc tasks or special projects.
